Real Estate Investing Podcast: The Forever Cash Life Real Estate Podcast
The Forever Cash podcast has come back and rebranded itself as “The Forever Cash Life Real Estate Podcast.” Real estate investors Jack and Michelle Bosch say there are three kinds of cash: one-time cash, temporary cash, and forever cash. They define forever cash as the kind of asset you work for once and then get paid forever and ever. Jack and Michelle are making forever cash by investing in single family homes and turning them into rental properties. They started out in real estate investing by land flipping. So the Forever Cash podcast (first 47 episodes) was largely about that. Now they’re talking about single family homes and other forms of real estate investing too. They aim to teach others how they too can earn forever cash. You can tell that the couple got their financial education and inspiration from Robert Kiyosaki’s Rich Dad Poor Dad. On iTunes, their podcast is subtitled, “Create Cash Flow and Build Wealth like Robert Kiyosaki and Donald Trump.” They’re positive and upbeat and not shy about emphasizing that it takes hard work to build your real estate investment business. Jack and Michelle say you can “go from being broke and in debt to financially free in as little as 3-5 years using their little known investing techniques!”
